Refund Policy

 

In the event your are not satisified with the services provided by Nudpam Inc. or one of our associated companies or wholesalers, please review the following terms as it pertains to obtaining a refund:

 

  • You must notify Nudpam Inc. within 30 days of your initial subscription to the service(s). You can notify us by phone at (647) 954-0000 or by e-mail support@nudpam.com.
  • Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in:
    • Cash will be refunded in cash
    • Debit card will be refunded to the original debit card
    • Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card
    • Gift cards/vouchers will be returned on a gift card/voucher
    • Cheques if cleared after 10 days will be refunded in cash
  • Subscribers will be required to complete a refund voucher to verify the return was completed.
  • The personal information provided on a refund voucher is required in order to process the refund and is used for the following purposes:
    • For auditing purposes
    • To ensure customer satisfaction
  • A Nudpam Inc. representative may contact you to confirm that your customer service expectations were met.
